How it works.
- Join. Apply with your verified email. After approval, sign the Local Partner Agreement. Complete secure tax and bank verification before payouts.
- Refer. Invite businesses you meet independently, or accept a client’s request. Never use our free members as a cold-call list.
- Earn. Track your 30% recurring commissions. Each payment has a 30-day hold, followed by the monthly payout schedule.
Existing partner milestone terms
Earlier signed agreements may include a one-time $500 bonus for qualifying Spotlight referrals. New client-service connections do not earn this bonus. Each must remain on Spotlight for at least 60 days, make at least two full monthly payments and still be active when the group qualifies. Payment holds and review apply. Each business counts once; your regular 30% commissions continue on qualifying payments.
Payment holds, cancellations and fees
Each successful payment has a 30-day hold. Eligible earnings are paid monthly to your verified bank account. Canceling renewal stops future commissions; refunds reverse associated earnings and disputed payments are held for review.
Your share of actual payment processing and partner payout charges is deducted with no markup. Your dashboard itemizes each charge and your share. Discounts and partial refunds reduce eligible recurring service revenue; commissions are rounded down to whole cents.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A real business that explicitly connects with you and makes eligible recurring payments during that relationship. The client can disconnect at any time. Self-referrals, partner-funded purchases, fake accounts and duplicate businesses are ineligible. There is no commission for recruiting partners and no earnings guarantee.
