Information we collect
We collect account emails, business details, contact information, service areas, photos, private inquiries, website and advertising briefs, selected platforms, proposed budgets, subscription records, setup-fee policy acknowledgments and referral attribution. Partner records include agreement text, signature name, verified email, signing time and agreement hash. Verification providers process verification requests; payment and payout providers process their own financial and identity information.
What is public
An activated business profile displays the business name, logo, plan-eligible description, services, cities, photos and the phone, Facebook and website links selected for publication. A private client inquiry is delivered to the selected business. We do not publish your account email unless you independently include it in your public content. Partner dashboards show the referred business name, plan and commission status, without sharing its private inquiries or payment credentials.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts and search, deliver inquiries, verify contact methods, provide website and advertising services, administer subscriptions and referral earnings, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Limited activity counts help businesses understand profile visits and contact actions; they do not establish that a call connected or a customer hired a business.
Nearby business searches
If our directory has no match, we can request nearby business results from Google using your search terms and city or ZIP. If you have not entered a location, we request browser location permission; you can decline and enter a city or ZIP instead. Location coordinates are used for that search and are not saved to your profile.
Service providers and analytics
Hosting, authentication, messaging, payment, verification and payout providers process information needed for their services. Wix processes checkout information under its own terms. This site uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement; Meta may receive page URLs, device and browser information and cookie identifiers under its own policies. You can control cookies through browser settings and advertising preferences through Meta. We do not sell customer contact lists. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
Google suggestions and advertising
When you request Google business suggestions, your search keywords and selected city are sent to Google Maps Platform. We do not save Google ratings or business results as member profiles. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to prevent automated searches; we retain pseudonymous request counters to enforce usage limits. Google suggestions are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and security checks to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device identifiers to deliver and measure advertising. Google advertising cookies may personalize ads using visits to this site and other websites. Third-party advertising networks may also place or read cookies when ads are served. Ads are labeled separately from our member listings. You can manage personalization through Google My Ad Center and use the consent or privacy choices offered with advertising where applicable. Advertising setup is subject to Google approval and applicable consent requirements.
Project calculators and material links
Calculator measurements are processed in your browser. A shared estimate link includes the measurements and settings in its URL fragment; anyone you share it with can read them. We do not save those measurements to your directory account. Copy and print functions use your device. Paid retailer links, when present, are disclosed next to the link. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases, and the retailer or affiliate provider may use link identifiers and cookies under its own policies. Purchases take place on the provider’s site.
Tax and banking details
Use only the designated secure payout provider for tax forms and bank details. Do not send bank account numbers, tax IDs or completed tax forms through inquiries, public profiles or ordinary support messages. The directory stores provider references and verification status rather than those sensitive form fields.
Your choices and retention
Update business information through your dashboard. Request access, correction, profile removal or account deletion through our contact page. We retain transaction, attribution and agreement records as needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations, even when a public profile is removed. We restrict access to private account records and use reasonable safeguards; no service can guarantee absolute security.
