Our role

Gulf Coast Project Pros operates a directory connecting customers with independent businesses. Customers browse and contact businesses free of charge, without posting a public job or creating an account. The directory does not provide the services advertised by independent listed businesses, employ their staff, or enter their customer service agreements. Customers and businesses agree directly on scope, pricing, permits, insurance and payment.

Memberships and placement

Free is a permanent $0 listing with a business name, logo, one category, one city, phone contact, Facebook profile link and website link. Basic adds multiple services and areas, photos, private inquiries, sponsored placement above Free listings, featured rotation, relevant calculator placement, one website or Facebook image preview and profile/contact activity reporting. Preferred is $79 per month and adds priority above Basic and Free listings. Basic is $39 per month and Spotlight is $149 per month, plus any applicable tax disclosed at checkout. Each includes a public profile and direct contact options. Basic and Spotlight include sponsored exposure identified on the site. Spotlight provides top sponsored rotation in one selected service and city, subject to availability. Spotlight also includes an advertising campaign for the business in its agreed service area. Before purchase, the written offer identifies the included monthly media allocation, chosen channels, creative, schedule and reporting. Google, Meta and Roku are options, not a promise that every channel will run simultaneously. Extra spending requires separate approval. Rotation means that no member is promised the first position at all times. Memberships do not guarantee inquiries, projects, traffic or earnings.

Activation and accurate profiles

New Free profiles require a verified account email and a valid contact phone number, with no credit card or payment. SMS verification is optional when available. Paid benefits require confirmed payment. Existing accounts explicitly moved to Free retain their genuine contact details and truthful verification labels. An email-verified label confirms control of the account email. A phone-verified label appears only after a successful phone check. Optional business-document review is separate and never guarantees licensing, insurance coverage, workmanship or safety. Businesses must keep their details accurate, hold any legally required credentials and publish only content they have permission to use. We may request further information or suspend misleading profiles. Existing paid benefits are honored for their remaining paid period.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Paid monthly memberships renew until canceled. Free listings have no renewal charge. The checkout must display the recurring amount and renewal terms before purchase. Cancel renewal through the billing provider or request assistance through our contact page before the next renewal. A cancellation request is complete when confirmed; please retain that confirmation. Ordinary cancellation ends future renewals and preserves service through the paid period. It does not automatically refund past charges. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, an unprovided service or a billing error. Applicable legal refund rights are preserved. We do not impose a cancellation penalty.

Website services

A Standard Website costs $199 setup plus $99 per month starting when the approved website launches. It includes building or refining up to five template-based pages, mobile layout, a gallery and contact form, Facebook business page setup or refinement, two revision rounds before launch, standard domain registration, hosting setup and basic search setup. Monthly service includes hosting, routine updates and consulting within the agreed scope. Domain selection and renewal arrangements are confirmed before payment; premium domains are quoted separately. Extra pages, integrations, stores, booking systems, portals and other custom features require a separate written quote before work or charges.

Your supplied content and domain remain yours. Third-party tools and templates retain their own licenses. Transferable site assets can be handed over after outstanding invoices are paid; platform-specific features may require a compatible account or paid plan. Additional transfer work is quoted first. Website setup fees, including custom setup fees agreed in a quote, are nonrefundable once paid, except where a refund is required by law. Canceling monthly service does not refund the setup fee. We disclose the scope and setup price before payment.

Advertising setup and cancellation

Standalone advertising beyond the agreed Spotlight campaign costs $249 once for setup of the initial selected platforms. Management costs $99 per platform per month; media spend is separate. Advertising setup fees are nonrefundable once paid, except where a refund is required by law. Canceling management or pausing ads does not refund the setup fee. We confirm eligibility, scope and setup price before payment. A consultation request does not authorize any charge or campaign launch.

Private inquiries and acceptable use

An inquiry is delivered to the selected business and is not a public job posting. Do not submit payment information, tax IDs or sensitive documents in an inquiry. No spam, impersonation, unlawful content, misleading reviews, unauthorized scraping or interference with the service is allowed.

Google business suggestions and advertisements

External Google results are separate from directory membership, verification and sponsored member placement. Google ratings reflect Google user reviews, not our inspection or endorsement. Relevance, ratings, contact details and availability may change. Use of Google-supplied services is also subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated here for those services. Third-party advertisements are labeled separately and are not a recommendation or guarantee. Automated searches, attempts to bypass usage limits, and artificial advertising clicks or impressions are prohibited.

Local Partners

Referral participation is governed by the separate Local Partner Referral Agreement. Joining is free. Rewards are based on genuine paying customers, not on recruiting partners. Referral codes and sponsored placement do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a business.

Service changes and responsibility

We may maintain or change the service and suspend accounts for fraud, material violations or nonpayment. Material price changes apply prospectively with notice. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from services provided by independent businesses. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
